Longkong, 13th June 1890.

I have the honour to report that, with the advice of the Executive Council, I have granted to Mr. Robert Jameson, Assistant Master, Victoria College, two months' vacation leave on full pay, and six months' leave of absence on half pay to commence on the 14th instant, on urgent private affairs; satisfactory arrangements have been made for the discharge of Mr. Jameson's duties during his absence.
